A name, place, or other text entered in a search box is passed to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Pulaski County Busted Mugshots does not claim to save or log those search terms on its own servers. The provider's privacy terms govern the request once it leaves this site.

If you email us or submit a contact message, the message and reply details are kept so the question can be answered. They are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law, a valid legal order, or a necessary service provider acting for the organization.

Send a clear request through the Contact Us page. A request about the Pulaski County roster, a court file, GDC, BOP, or ICE must go to the agency or vendor that holds that record, because this site does not control those systems.
